Coltech Sealing and Surface Solutions is a high pressure cleaning, sealing and re-colouring business operating in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and Central Coast regions.
Shane has been involved in the concrete industry in both New Zealand and Australia for over 30 years. In that time, by following the old adage "stick to what you know & what you do best" he diversified into various aspects of the industry, thereby gaining more experience and knowledge.
Most of that time was spent as a concrete contractor, during which Shane was involved in the placement and finishing of residential, commercial and industrial concreting projects such as driveways, house foundations, swimming pools, factory floors, multi-level car parks and high-rise buildings.
At the same time, he began importing concrete machinery and tools, which led to sales and marketing. He also started the recolouring and re-sealing of existing plain and decorative concretes, and developed such a passion for it that he went on to found Coltech Sealing and Surface Solutions.
